After receiving his cancer diagnosis, Kramer heads to Mexico for a new experimental procedure that could cure him. When he finds out it is only a scam targeting desperate cancer patients, Kramer becomes determined to track and torture the con artists responsible for the operation. He executes his genius and deadly traps to avenge himself.
