WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN PLANNING TO ATTEND?
- Tickets are by the carload (just one vehicle ticket for you & your friends & family if you are in the same vehicle). So, get your ticket online, load up the car & head on over!
- After purchasing online, check your email (including filtered & junk folders) for your confirmation and vehicle ticket from ordertracking@tickets.com. The email will allow you to add your tickets to your digital wallet or print out paper copies.
- If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please visit MyFEVO.com where you can log in there to see your order(s) and ask for assistance
- When you arrive for your movie, enter the Ballpark Commons campus from the southwest entrance off of Rawson Avenue
- You’ll be directed by a staff member to the staging area. Please be prepared to wait to enter the drive-in lot until gates open
- Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the movie
- You will be escorted to your spot by a staff member and viewing will be prioritized based on the order that you arrive. Check out a map of the drive-in here
- Remember that ALL tickets must be purchased online and prior to being parked. Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the box office. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- If you are in a large vehicle (pickup truck, large SUV, etc.), you will be parked in a designated spot to prevent you from obstructing views for other customers
- Please do not leave your car unattended
- At the conclusion of the movie, you will be directed out of the lot by our staff
HOW DO I GET TO THE DRIVE-IN?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
$35 per vehicle each movie showing. Vehicles may not contain more guests than it has permanent seatbelts.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
HOW DO I HEAR THE MOVIE?
Audio for movies is available by tuning into 89.1 FM.
HOW do I redeem a Gift Card?
Within 24 hours of your Gift Card purchase, you will be emailed your voucher code which you can share with your gift recipient.
Once you have the voucher code, the recipient can click here to pick the movie they want to go to, and add the voucher code in!

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are kicking off May 17 and plan to run shows every week. With the Milkmen in season, we will be planning around baseball, so check back for upcoming showtimes often!
When is the best time to arrive?
Our gates will open either 1 hour prior to the start of the movie or as soon as the prior movie patrons have all exited, whichever happens first.
Then, your vehicle will be escorted to your spot by a staff member. Viewing will be prioritized based on the order that you arrive. So, please arrive as early as possible if you would like to be parked in a better viewing area.
Also, please keep in mind that weekends are expected to be busy so we ask you to arrive as early as possible to avoid long lines of cars and traffic problems.
If you're planning to attend a double feature, please feel free to arrive whenever it's convenient -- whether that's when gates open (1 hour prior to showtime) or an hour into the first showtime.

While you're enjoying your showtime at The Milky Way Drive-In, our concessions team will be around the lot with movie snacks & drinks available for purchase to make sure you don't miss a thing! Payments can be made with credit or debit cards only.
HOW LONG ARE THE PREVIEWS?
There aren't any. Our movies start at the listed showtime.
Can I bring in my own food, snacks and drinks?
Yes, you are allowed to bring food or drinks with you to our drive-in.
Remember: Grilling is not allowed in the parking lots at Ballpark Commons.
Are dogs allowed?
For the safety of everyone, we ask that no pets be brought to the Ballpark Commons campus. This does not apply to service animals.
DO WE HAVE TO WAIT TILL SUNDOWN?
Nope! Screen technology has come a long way. Our 40-foot screen bright enough to play by day. We typically play kid’s movies earlier so you can get them to sleep the whole family can enjoy!
HOW ABOUT PAYMENT?
You can only purchase admission online. Once purchase is confirmed, each purchaser will receive an email with your vehicle ticket from ordertracking@tickets.com. The Box Office will be open for patrons with guest service questions. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
I bought tickets for a show and have not received the CONFIRMATION e-mail, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR FEVO TICKETING assistance?
As a first step, please check the filtered / spam / junk folder(s) for the email address you used at time of purchase because this may be the first time you are receiving a communication from ordertracking@tickets.com.

Can I bring my RV, Camper, Motorcoach, Monster Truck, etc.?
We cannot allow RVs or motor homes. Regular trucks will be parked in a designated location. Please review this map for more information.
We are going as a group but taking separate cars, can we park next to each other?
Yes, but only if you enter the check-in line together & tell our team that you would like to be parked together.
What about restrooms?
Clean in-stadium bathrooms are located near centerfield through player parking lot. There will be plenty of hand soap and sanitizer on hand. Please review this map for location information.
Do you stay open if there is inclement weather?
Yes, we show the movies regardless of weather. The only time we will not run the show is if we experience mechanical/electrical problems (e.g., a power outage), if there are extreme winds, or if the picture cannot be seen due to heavy fog or snow. In these cases, we will give everyone a refund. We can, and do, show movies in heavy rain and thunderstorms. We will not give a refund because someone decides they do not like watching a movie in the rain. Remember: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
In general, our philosophy is: The show must go on. We will run movies even if only one car shows up (provided it's within ten minutes of normal start time).
Can I sit outside my car, in lawn chairs, on a blanket, on the roof?
You may lay in the bed of your truck or in the back of your van. If you do choose to sit in front of your vehicle, please stay in your parking space. You may NOT sit on top of your car as it may block someone’s view of the screen.
